Q. My secret code or upc appears to not be valid. What do I do?
A: First thing to do is double check that your caps lock button is off and that you've entered your case sensitive, letters and numbers code accurately. If that's the case, next thing to do is double check the UPC of your vinyl. The serial / UPC number starts with "6" or "8" and is 12 digits. Enter all of the digits in your UPC without spaces. You may also want to make sure you enter the correct alphanumeric digit, for example a numeric 0 can sometimes look like the capital letter O, the letter l is often mistaken for the number 1.

Q. I've downloaded the file successfully, but it won't open/is a funny size.
A. Please save the download to your desktop and let it download completely before opening it. The size of a zipped MP3 album generally ranges from 25mb to 200mb.
