VAMPIRE WEEKEND will be SNL's musical guest on March 6th! 24 Feb 2010

Comedian Zach Galifianakis will make his SNL hosting debut March 6.
Known for his hilariously unconventional stand-up style and off-beat
comedy, Galifianakis has emerged as one of today's most talked about
up-and-coming actors after starring in 2009's Golden Globe winning
comedy, "The Hangover." Galifianakis has also appeared in HBO's series
"Bored To Death," "Into The Wild," G-Force," and the Oscar nominated
drama, "Up In The Air." He will next be seen later this year alongside
Robert Downey Jr. in the feature film, "Due Date."

Joining Galifianakis on March 6, Vampire Weekend makes their second SNL
appearance. Formed while studying at Columbia University, this eclectic
quartet burst onto the music scene with a deafening amount of buzz.
Their self-titled debut in 2008 received universal acclaim, debuted in
the Top 20 on the Billboard Album chart and has recently gone gold. The
band's sophomore album, "Contra," was released on January 12th and
debuted at number one on the Billboard charts.
