Good News Doesn’t Travel Fast Enough

We are pretty psyched to see that our old friend Magaret Fiedler McGinnis, from the Too Pure group Laika (and early, Moonshake) has been added to the touring unit of the band Wire. Margaret replaces the departed original Wire member Bruce Gilbert on rhythm guitar. Since Laika ended in the early 2000′s Margaret has been keeping busy, most recently as PJ Harvey’s guitar player.

While Wire dates for Europe have already been posted — word on the band’s pinkflag site is that 2008 touring will include a visit to the US.
