My guess is that there are a great many residents of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area who wish they could be at tonight’s sold out xx show. I suggest that you tune in to The Current at 89.3FM and listen to the session The xx recorded there earlier today. I also suggest that, if you’re out of the range of The Current’s signal, or if you just prefer your radio the way I prefer my coffee (online), you click here to listen on the Internet machine.

XL just won’t leave KEXP alone today. Hopefully they’ve rested from today’s Jonsi session, because Holly Miranda will be rocking the Seattle airwaves live in their studio this afternoon at 6:00PM EDT/3:00PM PDT. Seattle-ites can listen at 90.3FM, and the online listener can browse to kexp.org.

Don’t forget that Holly will be playing live at High Dive later on tonight, and likewise don’t forget that her debut full length, The Magician’s Private Library, is available for purchase at our webstore.

This afternoon, Sigur Ros frontman Jonsi gives Seattle a preview of his two-night stand at the Showbox SoDo with a live session at KEXP. Fortunately, those of us not in Seattle can tune in online at kexp.org and share the love that’s coming in over the airwaves at 90.3FM in the Emerald City.

If you’re feeling like checking out the Jonsi live experience, tickets for the Seattle shows are still available. If you’re on the fence, I suggest checking out this tour sneak preview to get a gander of what you could be missing out on. And if you’re more about listening to music in the comfort of your own home, by all means take a trip to our webstore and pick up a copy of Jonsi’s new album, Go.
